Love the product, but
There was no sharpener included. If you order from VB website, a sharpener (no up charge, if you ask VB to not include a sharpener -- the price goes down!) is included and you can't use just any sharpener on this product!!
Happy to see VB beauty on the Nordstrom site, but the product needs to be the "whole" deal. I really like VB beauty, so please set up.

Beautiful color, but painful and crumbly
I have this in Bronze, and the color is really pretty. It looks great on my waterline, is smudgy, and has a sponge tip on one end to help blend it. The problem is that when I sharpen the pencil, sometimes the tip falls out, and I have to resharpen it and waste product. Once the tip wears down, the wood is also sharp and jagged. You have to sharpen these frequently because they wear down quicker than other eyeliners I have purchased. I don't think these are worth the $$$. Go buy Teddy from MAC instead.

I think the best thing about its lack of precision and tendency to fade and run is that it’s incredibly short lived. I tried to wear it for an evening, had to reapply twice in the first 3 hours. Complete waste of money.

Smooth and pigmented!
I am so so so happy to see Nordstrom carry VB beauty! This eye liner is truly gorgeous. I have most of the colours and love them all. I use these to tightline and do lazy eye shadow looks, super easy and you can't really go wrong. Two in one winner!! Once the formula dries down, it does not budge! And I can't emphasize enough how pigmented these are!

Love the color, needs a sharpener
Nordstrom...why do you sell a product but not offer the sharpener? I love this liner, beautiful color but VB website includes a sharpener and you do not. Suggest you buy directly from the VB website. Now I cannot use my eyeliner as I dont have the sharpener.
