Better than I expected!
I got the goldish sandals and I say that because they are kind of silver and kind of gold—which is just what I wanted really! They are so cute and go with just about everything I have. Not to mention that they are excellent quality and super comfortable! The sole is cushy and the straps hug the foot gently with a bit of give to them. These are some of my new favorite sandals! Very true to size as well bc I have a bit wide feet so the 7 1/2 M fits perfectly. My other goldish gladiators finally wore out so I was super happy to find these as a replacement for a similar look.

Gia Sandal Design is Great, But
I’ve had this design from Franco Sarto before and they were great and they were leather, but now you’re paying the same price for leather or vinyl/plastic, what? Same price for vinyl/plastic or leather and no choice, you get one or the other. Nordstrom sent me plastic/vinyl for the same price as leather. No way….. they’re going back to Nordstrom!

cute but...
These shoes are really cute, however where the toe strap is it sort of rubs (on the inside between the big toe and toe next to it). I am usually a 7 and ordered a 7 and they fit perfect. I have not worn them out of the house for fear of the toe strap situation getting out of hand. I am hoping that they will soften a tad as time goes on. They are a cute shoe and worth the sale price, however DV makes a similar shoe for a bit more money that are better made. If you have a high instep, this may push your foot out of the shoe due to the large strap that crosses the top of the foot. Hope this helps anyone on the fence.

Just purchased the brown and the black. Love them! I have a small sensitive bunion on my foot and comfort is an issue. The strap fits perfectly( it's adjustable) and hides my flawed foot The shoe is both supportive and an attractive. Totally comfortable. I just wish they had more colors.

I haven't loved a shoe like this for awhile....
They were instantly comfortable. The leather is supple so there's no concern for the straps causing blisters. The footbed is cushioned. In style these sandals are very "boho." While I hate this term, it's clearly what the designer intended as, according to the box they are part of the "Artists Series." I love them!

Jesus sandals...
I was hoping that these would hold my foot and look at least a little feminine. But no. These are true Jesus sandals. Plus, they're loose and wide. Nothing flattering about them at all.

Comfy but don't last
I LOVED THESE SHOES! They were SO comfy right out of the box with no wearing in. Unfortunately, after one season, the soles wore out, including the top - the part under my toes at the top frayed all out (was I dragging my feet???? never happened with other shoes...). I loved them so much and the leather on the top was in such great condition, so I paid to have them resoled completely at a local cobbler's. Those wore through, too. It seems such a shame to throw them out because the leather straps look like I just bought them.
