Santa Ruched Glitter Long Sleeve Cutout Dress

This dress looked fantastic on me - but it required $100 in alterations to do so. I found the sizing to be inconsistent. I’m 5’9, 32DD and 134lbs and I typically wear size small or medium, depending on the brand. I went for the medium because reviews for the brand as a whole day their dresses run small. I didn’t find that to be the case. The medium was huge on me and it had to be taken in all down the sides. The top and draping was too loose, but was also stitched incorrectly so the cutouts wouldn’t lay properly. My poor tailor basically had to remake the entire dress. The fabric is shimmery, which wasn’t reflected in the photos of it but I didn’t mind - just something to be aware of! The dress had several loose stitches as well - the quality/craftsmanship is just kind of meh. That being said, once it fit correctly, it was quite comfortable! I was able to go braless with it, which is another huge bonus lol. All of the ruching and gathering also makes it super flattering for bloated days, no spanx necessary lol. All in all, I’m glad I bought it because it’s comfortable and looks great on - it just took work to get it there!

Bought this dress for valentine’s day. I usually wear a medium because of my thighs and I have smaller breasts —- so I went with a small. The top half of the dress has gaps in the wrong places, and I sized down to make it work but it’s tinyyyy (a medium would be too big for me in the chest area).

So I loved the examples on here of the dress, yet in person it was a different story. The glitter falls off and to top it off the sleeves are way off, on is longer than the other and supper tight. Hard to put on. I also like another reviewer had to revert to the picture to try and get the top portion correctly.
