Be cautious about the size and width!
For my whole long life I have always worn size 9 medium width shoes. I now have ordered 2 of the Sam Hubbard Rafael Hybrid Derby shoes, the first medium width, the second wide and both were way too tight across the toes. For the amount of money charged, I am afraid to buy the extra wide, as the sales clerk suggested. I love the look of the shoe, but not the sizing!!!
