Shoes for Europe
I had to quickly find a comfortable yet reasonably fashionable pair of shoes for a trip to London and Paris. I needed something that could straddle the casual to mildly dressed up look. These fit the bill nicely and were much more comfortable than the other pair of shoes I brought along. The sole is nice and allows some but not too much flexion, and the amount of cushion was spot on. One minor complaint, as with any full leather shoe, there is limited breathing which is noticeable after wearing all day and walking several miles.

DISAPPOINTING!
Handsome shoes, but very disappointed in the wear on the sole. The tread has worn away on the heel and sole after only 6 months of moderate wear. And it appears that the material under the tread is not rubber; the soles are now spongy and incredibly slick on slightly-wet surfaces. Very disappointing at this price point. Expected more from a Vibram sole. Caveat emptor!

Great looking shoe
I wanted a shoe that could be worn comfortably as a casual shoe with jeans and also as a dress up shoe with nice slacks or even a suite. This shoe manages to do this and is very light and comfortable.

Found my comfort.
It has taken me years to find comfortable shoes. I have have spent countless years searching for relief since I am on my feet over 10 hours a day. I cannot begin to say how many shoes I have purchased. Last year I purchased my first pair of Samuel Hubbard shoes and I have not looked back. Beautiful show, but just did not fit right. I have a wide foot and it was tight across the ball and loos in the heel. It is a shame my feet are weird shaped because this is an amazingly nice shoe
