Defective Clasp

Loved this watch and was so disappointed to lose it. Unfortunately, the clasp never felt completely secure. I thought I had figured it out and wore it on vacation without any issues. The second time I wore it, on a date with my husband, it fell off somewhere between the car and the venue without either of us noticing. Heartbreaking to lose such a beautiful watch after only wearing it a couple of times. The clasp definitely needs to be more secure.

I was excited to purchase this watch for my daughter, but when I received it the clasp was broken and fell out of the box. Sad to say I will be returning this today.
