Poppy Sneaker (Women)

I bought both the Converse White sneakers w good details and these so I could compare and return one during the Anniversary Sale. I really expected to like these far more than the converse but it turns out the converse are a true bright white and these are slightly yellowish off white. I included the converse in my pic so you can see for yourself. These shoes are SUPER COMFY and I really don’t want to return them but the converse are just better suited. Most of all, the tongue on these sneakers is oddly cut…I have no idea what the my intended but the leather tongue basically has to fold where you tie the laces and it looks super sloppy and ridiculous. No idea what they’re thinking w that design flaw.

I am big fan of Sam Edelman shoes so it was a no brainer when I saw these. I was very happy with how comfortable these shoes are, wore them all day and they felt great. I have wide feet but no issues with this pair. They do run unusually big for SE shoes. I normally wear a 7-7.5 but even the 7 were a little too big. I didn’t want to size down to 6.5 due to me wanting to wear them with socks and thought maybe they would be too snug. So size down if you’re in between sizes.
