LOVE!
I can’t believe these have such poor reviews. The modern ivory is gorgeous and perfect for spring/summer with the espadrille bottom. I don’t find these heavy or hard to walk in at all. Just wore them for the first time for 6 hours straight and perfectly comfortable - no painful break in and no rubbing or blisters. I had to post this review and show them some love. I did have to size down from a 8.5 to a 8 so I think they run a bit big. My new favorite shoe for summer.

Cute but uncomfortable
I wanted to love these shoes as I usually love Sam Edelman sandals but they are heavy and clunky when you walk and they don’t stay on your foot. Unfortunately I had to return.

Not for Wide /Flat Feet
It's super cute and the straps are comfortable but.... there's no support nor even space for the inside of your feet if you have wide and flat feet

Cute but too bulky
I returned these as I thought they were cute but were just too chunky for me. I am petite and I did not feel they were flattering on me. Maybe they would work for someone else. I do agree with some other reviewers they are quite heavy.

Disappointing
This SE slide is attractive but VERY heavy in weight. I wore them around the house for a little bit to see if the awkwardness of picking up my feet to walk would get better, it didn’t. Decided that I couldn’t take it so they will be returned. Too bad because the style is what I was looking for.

Great sandal
I purchased the Sam Edelman sandal recently with the crisscross front, and espadrille platform bottom. It is quite a secure shoe. My feet feel very comfortable and protected from everyday walking in our city. In the past, I’ve had other sandals fall off or feel flimsy during the summer months.
