Strap Broke First Time Wearing

Been a SE fan for all my professional heels for over a decade. Was looking forward to wearing these adorable kitten heels, but the one of the straps broke midday. Had to walk around the office and downtown with a broken shoe. The lack of quality compared to a decade ago is disheartening to say the least.

cute but unstable

I really wanted to like these shoes but between being slick on the bottom and no support from the delicate straps, this shoe is a little unstable. The first time I walked on a hardwood floor the shoe slipped to the side. I didn’t fall but it was embarrassing!
