Reversible Leather Belt

I'm not sure what to say about this. I bought this on November 23rd (online) and briefly looked at it when it arrived. When I went to wrap this belt on 12/23 for Christmas, I realized that A) this belt was worn B) not even sure it is a real Ferragamo belt, C) the buckle is all scratched and D) there is no belt bag included, which should come with a $500 belt. Someone working at Nordstrom pulled a fast one on me. Tomorrow I am calling the manager of the Short Hills store (where it came from) and will express how disappointed I am in this. As well as demand my money back for this piece of garbage. I was actually at the Short Hills store this week and was totally disappointed at what has become of my favorite store. No customer service (except for the long time employees who are truly personal shoppers). Most employees sit around looking at their phones. The clothing selection is mediocre and it looks like a cheap clothing store with just rounders filled with clothes. I cannot tell you how bummed I am as this was a special gift for my husband. will not make this mistake again, will only buy high end items in the store, not online.
