X-Alp Gore-Tex® Waterproof High Top Sneaker

These boots are made for Hiking & somewhat mountaineering ! The purpose of these boot is to keep your feet gripped to the ground and ankles locked and secured. These boots are not for fashion if that’s what you looking for this are not for you! You have to break them in and let your feet mold the shoe…these boots are exactly what they are made for and do a great job if you’re in the mountains on regular 5-10mile hikes. Keeps feet dry and warm !! Awesome boots, can’t go wrong with salomon, just concerned how fast fashion is goi g to affect quality of them since everyone now wears them and have no clue what they are meant for lol

Good quality, comfortable for winter and cold season

this is actually the first time I can I say I did not like a Salomon shoe. I've purchased about 10 pairs I'd say over the years and this pair is just horrible in terms of comfort. they're clunky and dig into my ankle and top of my foot no matter what I do.. I've waited a while to see if I'd get use to them, but I have not. I would not recommend this

Wore these for 2 days and the top two speed hooks are literally bruising my ankle bone. Have worn plenty of Salomon’s in the past, but never had a pair this stiff and uncomfortable.

Exceptional top-of-the-line all seasons trail boots. I bought white option and they are wearable at summer and winter conditions - thanks to GORE-TEX top. Boots come true to stated size and still have space to be worn with crew socks. Very comfortable fit and medium height well supports feet while travelling thru difficult terrain. Easy to clean and maintain. In snow or rain condition boots dry quite fast. Bottom creates good traction.

I tried the shoes in the store and then ordered them for a student discount online which is more affordable. The shoes are nice and the quality is great!
