Salma City Dry™ Waterproof Chelsea Boot

The boots look great but they were so uncomfortable I couldn't walk in them. The heel on these boots were so stiff - it was like walking with my heel next to concrete. I wanted to love these so much but sadly, they are being returned.

These boots are my fourth pair of La Canadienne shoes and they miss the mark. My heels are absolutely cut up and I have blisters galore (which never happened with my other boots from this brand). The quality seems off for this style and definitely regret buying them.

I’m writing this review, without me even have been able to try this booties; because you’re supposed to slip them in and off since they have not zippers. They’re coming a whole size smaller than what they are suppose to. I ordered 7.5M and I couldn’t even slip them on, I wasn’t going to tell you anything because I just ordered 8.5M which I’m sure will be better. The reason why I decided to inform you about this is that you need to make people aware that these booties ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE; perhaps you need to tell them all booties of this brand are a size smaller it’s not only the style I ordered. I was reading the review of a lady saying she’s size 6 M but she had heard they were coming smaller, so she asked for 6.5M and didn’t work, she needed 7M ; but you guys didn’t have it anymore so she said she was” Terribly sad” . Please make people aware these booties are coming a lot smaller, so they know the right size to order. For me has been a whole size bigger what I needed and so it was for her too. Thank you for your attention.

I ordered up one size based on reviews and am glad I did. I’m going to add a slim profile insert to compensate for the slight extra room. Boots are easy on and easy off - which is a nice change from my Blundstone boots.

Get the right size if in between then size up. Comfy but does need to be broken in a little

I’m normally between a size 7.5 & 8, decided to get the 7.5. I have long and narrow feet and the 7.5 fit great. They’re lightweight, great quality and look super cute on. They are a little difficult to get on but not a dealbreaker for me. They’re not stiff either so that’s a plus.
