Small Loulou Leather Puffer Bag

Very excited to receive this handbag. However, it is smaller and tighter than I expected. Small: I can fit my phone, wallet, and mini toiletry bag. I definitely can’t use this for everyday errands. Tight: once you open the flap, the opening of the bag is smaller than the body. It may not be a deal breaker for everyone, but it bugged me. My advice: this is one to definitely check out in the store. I do LOVE the black on black, the cushy leather, and the luxury feel. I would absolutely check it out in a larger size, hope this helps!

I am obsessed with this bag! I have been eyeing this style for a while but wasn't sure about 1) the envelope closure (it looks narrow) and 2) the lack of back pocket. After reading and watching a lot of reviews, I decided to take the plunge. I am so glad I did! The opening at the top is a little narrower than the rest of the bag, but it's not difficult to get things in and out. The inside actually is really spacious, but is still lightweight and relatively compact. I have an old injury and have to be careful of heavy bags; I was so surprised at how comfortable this is to carry even with things in it. The lambskin leather is an absolute dream and what everyone says about it being buttery soft is true. I have several other designer bags that are much more expensive than this one, and the leather on this bag makes me wonder why I ever paid for them. It's soft to the touch, but very durable and not prone to scratching like some others. The black on black has an understated, luxurious edge that pictures just can't capture. It's beautiful. A slim back pocket is the only thing I would say I miss on this bag, as that's where I like to keep my phone for easy access. It's not a dealbreaker here, but I'd love to see it in the future.

I love my new LouLou YSL. To begin with the leather is nice & feels so soft. The size of the bag is “small” so I was not expected it to be bigger than what it is. It’s effect & spacious room fit plenty. It fits my small cosmetic bag, long zippy wallet, sunglasses with pouch, keys & my cell phone very comfortably. I love the versatility of it. I can wear it with jeans every day or more dressy at night. I have the black on black and it’s so classy. You can wear it with one strap like a crossbody or with both straps to have it shorter like a shoulder bag. I love it & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! This is definitely a forever bag in my closet.

The bag is from floor display, NOT brand new, I talked to one of the lady at customer service and was told I can bring it back and Nordstrom will be gladly to exchange for new one. But when I brought back few days ago one of the lady working in YSL counter was super rude, told us this is final sale, can't exchange since I bought it on promotional sale, shopped at this Nordstrom store many times and this was 1st time we met such rude employee.
