Beyond disgusted and annoyed with my order!
Nordstrom has clearly lost their minds! Because there’s no way I ordered a $1,000 pair of designer sunglasses and they show up on my doorstep in this cheap plastic shipping bag and had the audacity to be put in this FLIMSY white cardboard box busting open at both ends!!! Designer shades come with the actual Designer’s box! Nordstrom you are “supposed” to be a designer retail store, so why would my order show up looking like I ordered it from Temu?!?! The sunglasses were literally hanging out of the smashed box when I took them out of the because it wouldn’t stay closed at either end! Waited on these shades to take on my Birthday trip to Aruba and this was such a disappointment! They will definitely be returned and purchased from another retailer with ALL of its accessories! Nordstrom the audacity…hmmph!

Loved the shades not the packaging
Loved the shades, but sunglasses were poorly packaged in thin plastic packaging bag. Also, came in a cheap plain white cardboard box that was smashed! No designer box included which was a disappointment considering these shades cost $900 bucks and were purchased from what I THOUGHT was a high end retail store. Shameful on Nordstrom’s end…

Shame on you Nordstrom
I am not rating the sunglasses. I saw these sunglasses in a boutique store in Texas. I fell in love. I was excited to see the same pair online @Nordstroms. I bought them and decided to pick them up from the store in Oregon.
Nordstom sold me a pair with zero box, filthy, and scratched. I did not accept them. Shame on you Nordstrom’s for the horrible customer service.

Very Disappointing!
Very disappointing. They came in a beat-up flimsy box, not the designer’s box that is sturdy and protective. The glasses looked like they were worn for years, and returned.

Loved until I got home
I wanted these glasses for over a year. They finally went on sale and i rushed to purchase them. Love them but when I got home ans tried them on they just do not look good on my. Very sad I will be returning them. Be aware they are very high cat eye glasses and sit above the eye brow on most people. The quality of their frames is always amazing as I have many other frames from the, Will be looking for something else though.
