Why Can’t Nordstrom Deliver?
I ordered this item 9 days ago and they still haven’t arrived. The only online customer service option is a phone-bot who told me that my order is in transit. Thanks.

Exactly as they appear. Requires a very hard snap to close. Holds hair very, very tightly. I am returning
