Jacket is great - delivered with security tag on
I purchased this jacket for an event. I didn’t have time to go to the store, so I bought it online and had it delivered in time for my event. It was delivered with the security tag still on. I’m trying to support Nordstrom, but the shopping experience has declined so much. Whether I am shopping in the store or online, the level of service, the level of care is just not there anymore. Please take better care of your customers!
