Viv Max Sneaker (Women)

I have very wide feet and after getting tired of squishing into 7.5 regular, I bought these in 7.5W. Really liked how it looked and the platform, but the shoe was a little long for me and my heels were slipping out in a regular sock. Might exchange for a 7W instead. (I fit in a 7.5W in the Ryka Podflow Walking Sneaker so the Viv might run a little long?)

Great looking shoe. It's dressy enough to wear to work or a as casual fashioned sneaker. It has a little bit of a tomboyish look though and I was hoping it would be a bit more feminine. I actually thought it was a guy's shoe when I unboxed it and put it on. It's really big in the heel while being roomy in the toe box so it slips a little bit when walking. I'm usually a size 11 wide and these are actually too big for me. Perhaps a size 11 or even 10 and 1/2 regular width would work. I just don't want shoes that are really big in the heel area. I don't have cankles. I have normal ankles just a wide toe box and then a bunionette on one foot. Probably from walking on concrete and at some point wearing shoes that were too small in my youth. Anyway, I'm going to return these and look for a different model. I think my son would wear these if they weren't women's shoes lol. They might even be his size!!

The thick base adds height, they work well with wide leg style pants. They are not my most comfortable Ryka shoes I have, but they are fine. They rub a little at the back of my ankle. I bought them to wear with athleisure outfits. The insoles do not provide enough support for me to wear during exercise (high impact).
