Beautiful but small waisted
Beautifully designed, very full crinoline with a quality that far surpasses those found on Amazon, but sadly the one-size fits all just doesn’t work. If you are small-waisted, this will be wonderful for you. I have a 30-inch waist and the elastic is too tight. I either have to return it or replace the elastic so I can actually wear it without feeling overly constricted.
