Ruffled sweater

I purchased an XS and it fits perfect however, I wish they made more clothing in the United States because they do understand our sizing better in our own country

LOVE THIS!!!

This sweater is so refined. I love the ruffle which is an updated version of a ruffle. Super cute and oh the fabric is so soft. So glad I can easily wash it.
