Fabric could have been better
I had high hopes for this blouse as I love ruffles and CeCe is a go to blouse for me. I needed a new black blouse and ordered this right away when I saw it. The fit was fine but my 3 star review is for the fabric. The material for this blouse felt cheap. It may have been better if lined and a chiffon type fabric used and not a mid- weight polyester that just did not lay well. I will be returning.
