damaged
As much as I wanted to love this bag, I received a damaged bag at the bottom. This bag was delivered to me with the box damaged and was not in a dust bag. I didn’t realize that I had made a video about my thoughts about this bag, and I realized that the bottom of my feet was broken. Packaging has become very lazy these days, as if people don’t work hard to purchase a bag, they want to meet reasonable standards.
