Strange Hem
I wanted to keep and like this skirt, but the hem was off-putting to me. Instead of being stitched and coming to a formal end, it just kind of looped back up within the ruching of the skirt, which gave it a bubbled out look instead of being more streamlined. I would have kept it otherwise.
