The “light blue” is a completely different shade than shown online. Additionally there was no personalization on the tag

Nice gift, wrong color

I got this as a gift for Christmas and ordered two different colors. Each of them looked brighter and lighter colors on the website and arrived and are much darker than shown. Overall nice quality but disappointed by the difference in color since this item is final sale.

The blue is the royal bright blue

Didn't receive the personalization requested. Took a star off for that. Otherwise, classy, bright blue, and perfect for my bag. Nobody can miss this tag. Good leather and dye, easy to attach and looks great. If I get another bag, I'll get another

Beautifully crafted

I was sent a monogrammed black with gold foil luggage tag from Nordstrom instead of navy by mistake. I emailed the actual company to see if navy was available as I wanted to purchase more things in navy. Their customer service was amazing and said they would send me the correct navy tag which I just got in the mail! I am impressed with the high quality leather and sturdy feel which will hold up nicely when thrown around the conveyer belt at airports! Highly recommend and will be purchasing passport case in navy!
