Rounded Toe Pump (Women)

The right shoe arrived with a black spot on the right front of the shoe. The left shoe has a stick, glue-like substance on the outer left. The bottoms of the shoes are sticky with who knows what.... They have padding in the bottoms so one would think that the dirty shoes at least would be comfortable. They are not. The toes are oddly shaped, sort of rounded, but in a deformed curve. It looks like a roomy toe box, but oddly isn't comfortable. Even if they weren't stained and dirty, I wouldn't want them.

I was initially pleased with these shoes as they felt comfortable when I tried them on at home. However, during my first use—just a short walk from my car to a hotel (about a minute)—the sole showed visible signs of wear. For a designer shoe of this caliber, I expected far better quality, especially given the price and the reputation of the brand. Unfortunately, this experience left me quite disappointed.
