Love these shoes
These are my favorite shoes. They are so comfortable and supportive. I wear these when I know I will be on my feet and walking a lot, more than sneakers. I have had prior back surgeries, so comfort is so important. I also get many compliments on these shoes. They are great for the office. I bought 2 pair of these, in case something happened to the first pair.

Not. . . very comfortable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Francesca is super cute and they are perfect for the office. Unfortunately, they are not as comfortable as I anticipated. The shell of the shoes, including the toe box, is rather hard. They felt like harder plastic around the feet. The soles are comfortable and the shoes are comfortable at first but quickly hurts my feet overall. Also, these fit true-to-size. Usually Vivaia runs half a size bigger on me but these were more "true" size.

I wanted to love them, breaks my heart they rub
I wanted to love them so much. I even went overboard and bought multiple pairs. But they are just so uncomfortable and rub the backs of my feet. I don’t know why or what it is about my feet but they just are so uncomfortable. It’s been almost a year and I still try them for work in hopes they break in. Def also part because they are expensive and I invested in multiple pairs

Runs Big
These run about a half size too big. I have other Vivaia shoes all in the same size, but these are really big. I thought it was something I could fix with inserts, but unfortunately as they broke in they got looser and looser and now no inserts or thick socks will fix it. They also gave me blisters on my heels and the top of my foot.
