Ruined Item - damaged wrapping
The packaging is horrible. It ruined the item. The packing material is 90% of the entire box and the item itself is only 10% of the box - which is packaged horribly and ruined the items. See below Photos.

Beautiful Scent But Packaging Missed the Mark
It's a lovely, potent rose scent, however compared to the size of the big box it's packaged in it's very tiny. Also, bubble wrap would've been just fine! It was packed topped with cotten, which smelled wonderful because it's such a nice, strong scent. But getting to the bottom of it, a thin cottony layer is stuck to it and impossible to get off completely. I used a tweezer to take it off and even ran it under water to no avail. I will keep the candle because it's still lovely, just a lotttt of work to clean it off for the price of it. I will show what I ended up with but the photos of the other reviews are how it is. Also in taking off the cotton the red color paint chips off too which is saddening. I think this company should just switch to bubble wrap please.

A completely different item was sent.
Instead of this large candle, a tapered candle was in the box. I ordered a few items on December 8th, and didn’t get them until after Christmas. The items were not shipped by Nordstrom, but by South Lake gifts. This doesn’t reflect well on you, Nordstrom. I’m not sure how exactly to return this, because what I received is not something even available on the Nordstrom website. I guess I’ll box it up and take my chances. Disappointed.
