Beautiful dress - fishy smell
This dress arrived on time and I’ll start with the good. Quality material and the dress is actually a lot less revealing than I thought it would be in the breast area. I didn’t have the issue others have shared about the arms being tight. The arms are fine for me. The rhinestone detail is better quality than I expected. The neckline is very open and will be a great dress to go braless and show off your décolletage.
The bad: this dress smells like fish, spoiled fish. Upon opening the package I instantly was hit with the pungent smell of spoiled fish. The smell burned my nose. My husband described it as manure. Do not get this dress if you intend to wear it immediately. It will certainly need to be dry cleaned before wearing. Give yourself time to have it professionally cleaned. (I don’t think this was an issue with the specific dress I received because it was wrapped with House of CB tissue like you would expect directly from the manufacturer not missing tissue like a returned item)

Dress is lame tbh
Dress is a weird material and the dress came without a tag which gave me a headache to return. Dress should be inspected before sent out and Nordstrom just misses the ball with that.

Cute in theory but bizarre fit
I bought this dress for my birthday and it was so cute online. The quality of the dress itself is pretty good, all rhinestones are high quality.
That’s about where the compliments end .. this dress is the most bizarre fit ever. If you have any kind of fat on your arms AVOID. I sized up and the arms were still soooo tight. The entire front of the dress is cut SO WIDE that you not only will show your cleavage but also your entire armpits. I messed around with trying to adjust the ties to correct to no avail. There was so much extra fabric in the stomach and hips area and I’m a pretty curvy person. I even had other people try it on and it didn’t fit a single person correctly.
Save yourself the hassle, I wouldn’t buy again.

should have been a different material
I was hoping for that “snatched” almost slinky look with this dress because that’s the vibe I got from the picture online, however the material makes this a tad too structured. I have more of an hourglass figure and this just does not do anyone with curves any justice; Gita the bum fine but my mid section is just buried under the extra fabric hanging around. Also have to echo what the other reviewer said- the sleeves are TIGHT. Overall it’s not a bad dress and the quality is fine, perhaps just not meant for my body.

gorgeous but strange silhouette
i’m a pretty small build but tall. 140-145 is usually where i stand but i’m told i look thinner than my actual weight. i’m a 34D and i love the cut of the top of the dress but it’s too big in the width. my breasts are held up and look top notch lol but the width in the shoulders is too much. i’m pretty consistently a small to even extra small sometimes but the hips were so tight on me.
shout out to the length being perfect though. that’s rare for my height.
i love love love the dress and i’m gonna try to make it work, maybe get it tailored at the top. the quality is fantastic, this is my second piece from this designer and absolutely no complaints on quality. especially for the price, these are pieces that will last for years just the measurements are poorly done :(
it’ll probably work for some body types though!

I had high hopes
I was really excited when I saw this dress it looks beautiful in the pictures and on the model. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. This dress fits so weird and the material is funky. I unfortunately will have to return it.
