long lasting amazing smell

This is a Smokey smell which I love. Honestly I bought it for the flowers listed but it is more santal woody smelling to me. I sprayed my shower curtain and my bathroom smelled amazing for at least 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Incorrect product shipped

Be careful ordering this - it is not shipped by Nordstrom’s . I was super excited to receive my Turn Down spray - instead I got a linen spray in lavender shipped in a bubble mailer. When I reached out to have the correct one sent the customer service rep said they could not do anything because it is shipped directly from the seller. I could of course take it back to the store ( have so much time on my hands! ) and return it if I don’t want to keep it. And just place a new order for what I wanted again on the site. Don’t bother- you won’t get what you order. Zero customer service if you need help.

Beware. You'll get the wrong item!

I got lavender linen spray instead of the turn down room scent that I ordered. I see the exact same complaint from someone else who says it cannot be returned by mail. I don't have a Nordstrom close by. This is a problem. I'd give a no star rating if I could.

Ordered "Turn Down." Received "Lavender."

Disappointed that the 3rd party vendor has quality control issues. Did not send what I ordered. Nordstrom rep says the vendor is responsible for issuing the refund. No zero star option.

wrong scent sent

My bad I should’ve listened to the others reviews. I received the lavender scent, which was not the scent I purchased. They have received enough complaints about this. I’m not sure why they’re still allowing this item to be sold.

No scent!

Very disappointed in this product. There is no scent to this spray! I have sprayed over and over and cannot smell anything. Pretty costly for a bottle of water!!
