Romantic Ruffle Denim Shorts

First I ordered in a size up from my regular size (25) to get may be a little extra legnth but even a 26 was too small in the waist. 27 was not available so I ordered a 28 which seemed crazy but I thought they were cute and maybe it would work. Well they weren’t bad but the material in the crotch with the ruffles and the face that this is thick no stretch denim? It was diaper-esque so a hard NO!! Just not for me. Love the idea? Maybe a thinner denim linen blend would be a better idea Farm Rio?!

These shorts are adorable. They have a great cut around the thigh that is flattering and does not cut off in blocky way that most shorts do. They run a little tight in the waist, and are a little bulky between the legs with the ruffle. I might try the size up for 29. For reference I am 5’9” and weigh 150lbs and am muscular. I usually wear 27 - 28 size jeans so I think they run a little small.

These shorts fit perfectly and are such a perfect and special piece for any wardrobe. It’s a denim short but the hem and fit make them so unique and just upgrade any denim short outfit. LOVE!

These shorts are so beautiful, even better in person. The only query I have is the price point. After I bout it at Nordstrom for and exorbitant price it was deeply discounted at Farm Rio for a fraction of what Nordstrom sold it for.

Love everything about the short! Cuts up on the side a little. Perfect high waist for me, not too high. If you’re in between sizes or unsure, size up not down.
