Romantic Corded Lace Padded Demi Chemise

I was so excited to receive this after looking for a very long time and it is exactly what I was looking for my wedding night. It was packaged in plastic and in a box so it wasn’t crushed nor wrinkled. It was beautiful material and somehow inside the bra there was a bloodstain and no thong/ g-string panty. When I called to get an exchange and ask what was happening to the panty somehow I must’ve got the wrong person. She told me I could just bring it in and they would damage it out and there was none left for an exchange and I would have to put it on a gift card. I bought this on my Nordstrom credit card and I asked why would I have to put it on a gift card well to do an exchange of the response and then I can order a new one. However, they’re sold out. I’m a week and a half away from my wedding date and this doesn’t give me much hope and if this disappointed on how the person handled it. I don’t know who’s to blame for the missing piece but the way it was packaged, I think it was Fenty I had my heart set on this because it’s so beautiful. That’s probably why it’s sold out
