- How To Add Your Charm
- 1. Pop open the link lock by gently pulling up on the small tab.
- 2. Remove the chain link that is on the non-hinge side from the lock (it should slide off easily!)
- 3. Add your charms one by one, ensuring they are all facing the same direction.
- 4. Carefully slide the end link of your chain back onto the non-hinge side, and click the hinge closed to secure.
- With 0.5” Extender and Lobster Clasp Closure

Pretty bracelet, poor design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful bracelet— but not functional. I have had frequent issues with the ring popping open and my charms falling off. I originally ordered the 7“ bracelet-the circle kept popping open and getting caught on things. I decided to order the 6“ bracelet thinking maybe it would not pop open as much because the bracelet was more snug on my wrist...I was wrong. Today it popped open again and I did not realize in time. I ended up losing two charms!! So disappointing!! I do not think I can trust it to stay closed 😞 I have many other Made by Mary pieces that I love, but this is not a good design.

Clasp won’t stay closed
I really wanted to love it but it kept coming unclasped and one day it came unclasped while I was out. I unfortunately didn’t notice until I got home. It was not cheap so it’s definitely a bummer

Doesn’t stay locked!
I love the concept of this and got the birth stones for my kids but I’m scared to wear the bracelet because any bump or snag on the bracelet, it comes unclasped and the charms fall off!

Mine won’t stay closed
My late mother gifted me this charm bracelet on her last Christmas. So needless to say, it’s very special to me. But I’m afraid to wear it because it’s come unclasped multiple times, and I’m so afraid I’m going to lose the charms so it just sits in my jewelry box.

Love it, but won't stay closed
I love this bracelet so much but the ring always comes unhooked and my charms fall off. I have lost a couple of my charms and I am so sad about it. The quality of the material is amazing and the metal always holds up so well- just disappointed that the clasp is stronger to stay closed.
