Sheep Jacquard Cardigan

I’ve ordered this sweater twice in a large, and both times received XS. Returned the first shipment, placed an new order, and picked up second order at my local Nordstrom. The customer service rep who helped me opened the package to verify the size, and again, an XS was shipped. It seems the barcoding on the tags are all wrong. Don’t trust I’ll receive the right size if I order a 3rd time, so I just opted to return the sweater. Kinda bummed but don’t want to deal with potentially receiving the wrong size again. 3 stars because I love the look and feel of the sweater. Would probably rate it as a 5 if my first purchase was correct.

This is a really cute sweater. The sheep are adorable. However, it is a very thick knit and much heavier than I thought it would be. I ordered medium because I like my sweaters a little oversized, but it was huge. It is also shaped very bulky in the middle and tapers at the bottom. I would rather it was less bulky in the middle and more open than tapered at the bottom. I would try it in a small, but because of the thickness of the sweater, I don’t think it will work for me. For reference, I’m 5’2”, 138 lbs.

Other reviewers said they ordered one size, but they got extra smalls. I thought surely Nordstrom would have fixed the issue. But nooooo. I just opened my delivery and there was an XS instead of a M. So annoyed!

First they sent two of the wrong sizes. Beyond that, I was expecting it to be softer given the material it’s made from. It’s also fairly thick/heavy if you’re looking for that. Bummed. I thought it was cute.
