has not arrived

I am really upset about not receiving my shoes on time. I ordered them on time so that I could get them on time for a wedding that I needed to go to. Ontrack messed up my order I don’t understand why Nordstrom continues to use them. My shoes were literally in my town and they got rerouted back to Washington. What’s up with that Nordstrom? And then talking to somebody telling me to go to your local Nordstrom to see if we can get something similar well my Nordstrom does not have these shoes. I need them to be wide and the only way you can get them is ordering them online. The only reason I’m giving it a one star is cause. I’m really upset that I didn’t get my shoes on time for the wedding and now I don’t even have shoes to wear.
