Perfect for travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using these for travel! The sleep patches help me adjust to a new time zone and avoid jet lag. The awake patch is then clutch for when I’m sightseeing/out and about and suddenly get tired. I’m not a big coffee person so these patches are a great substitute.

I was skeptical but these
