Hi guys! Saw some reviews about people not enjoying the thick texture but it doesn’t seem like they were told how to use it properly! Take a pea-sized drop on your ring figure & massage both fingers together! This is the most important step when using this eye-cream, if your don’t, you won’t break down the product to be absorbed into the skin. Once warmed the product will be significantly thinner (you activated the water particles) then lightly dab all around the orbital bone until absorbed! You can also leave a thicker layer & sleep with it as a eye mask! ;) Don’t miss out on the great benefits from this products, it’s AMAZING!

It sadden me that Kiehl's has failed with a trusted product. I have made this purchase several times and disappointed with the "water" eye cream. Not sure if they changed the formula but don't buy this over priced "water". Mixing the products doesn't help as water mixed is still water. This product should be more textured like a cream. Disappointed in product and will never suggest to anyone.

First of all, this is the best eye cream I’ve ever tried. The review is not about the product itself. I’ve been using it for probably ten years now and have never found an eye cream that compares to this one. However, recently on two different instances, I purchased two separate bottles and both were only about 50-60% filled with product. This is very disappointing because having purchased hundreds of bottles, I know the product is usually filled to the brim. This situation is more annoying than anything but I will still keep purchasing this product and hope that Kiehl’s can take this feedback and correct the issue.

This is my go-to eye cream for layering. I tend to use serums or more concentrated eye creams as a base, then add this product to seal in the moisture. Wow – it is RICH. I use it mainly at night, when I desire extra hydration. But I also carry a tub with me in my handbag to keep my eye area moisturized throughout the day, particularly where you can develop crows feet. I am convinced that this eye cream has saved me from wrinkles, and I'll always have it in my beauty regimen.

I've been using Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment for years now. Normally, it's a smooth texture similar to a thick lotion or margarine or something similar. But I've now received TWO separate containers of this product where the contents were 90% liquid. I don't mean that the product was somehow 'thinner' or that maybe the formula was changed. I mean that the contents were primarily a strange bluish water-like substance with little drops of the actual avocado cream floating on top. Not only was this very off putting, but it also meant that most of the contents of the container were essentially useless to me and that I had effectively paid $50 for next to NOTHING. All in all, I was only able to salvage maybe 3 or 4 applications from a container that had historically lasted me for months. When I received the first container with this problem, I thought it might have been a one-time incident. But now that I've received two containers with this problem IN A ROW I will not be ordering anymore "Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado". It's more like gross bluish water with globs of mucus floating on top. Very disappointing. Buyer beware!

I simply enjoy having discovered this product. I am 82 years old, it is the best eye cream for me, my eyes feel and look refreshed. A Bonus, I had an age spot, under my right eye, it is flat, smaller in size, and hardly noticeable any longer. By accident, some of Kiehl's creme would end up on that brown spot. It worked wonders in fading it and reducing it's size. It is not advertised for this treatment, but it truly worked on my one brown spot. I will reorder Kiehl's Eye treatment, to be sure I don't run out of this product any time soon.
