Giving it 1 more try

After a few weeks of using for school, the stitching completely came undone from the top of the strap. I’m hoping I just got a defective backpack vs a defective style. Other than that, the material is great quality and not overwhelming amount of pockets that are hard to find things. So I love the design but let’s hope the second one I ordered doesn’t have the same issue.
