I am between sizes so go down a size

I am a SM and I got the Medium but slightly too big and needs tailoring. As a 5’3” - medium is 1/2 calf so this becomes ankle length.

Could be great

I want to love this dress. I bought in orange and looks great. The bust is very tight, and there is a strange bib-like lining that ends right at the mid-bust line. Why would they do that? May exchange for a larger size and cut out the lining.
