Not as nice as the predecessor.

I've worn Nordstrom socks for years. About a year ago +/- they discontinued the mercerized cotton socks with the thin colored band at the top and changed over to this version. The socks are paper thin and shrink when machine washed and dried. I'm disappointed with these.
