Rib Slim Fit Tank

The sizing is perfect and the fabric is comfortably soft. Great for layering under one of Eileen's flowing tops, since my 70 year-old upper arms don't look the best for showing in this so-Cal summer heat. Love white - so cool and fresh looking. I wish Eileen made more of these tanks in coordinating colors to go with the rest of her collection.

I like the cut and fit of this tank. It's snug enough to fit nicely under a blouse, jacket or sweater, but not too snug. It's also long enough for tucking. I did size up from my usual XS to a S for a looser fit, but that's just personal preference (i.e. I don't think it runs small). I'm disappointed by the fabric, though, as it is thinner than I would like and I'm not expecting it to keep its shape for more than a season or two. I have some older Eileen Fisher pieces, and have noticed that the older fabrics are more substantial. EF has been good about keeping prices in check while other brands have raised prices into the stratosphere, but quality may have suffered in the process.
