True North Water Repellent Vest

The material, fit, and look of the vest is 10/10 when I tried this on. Unfortunately, the zipper quality is one of the worst I’ve experienced on a product especially when considering the fact that this item is $170+ at full retail. Each time I tried zipping up the vest at my home, it took about 2 minutes trying to zip up the front with how difficult it is. That makes this product unusable and I decided to return it. I wanted to like this vest, but the zipper makes it a product I’d recommend avoiding unless you plan to always wear the vest unzipped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The zipper is horrible. While it zips up and down just fine, it won't "release" one side of the vest and allow me to wear the vest open. So the vest is essentially a sleeveless pullover, which is just stupid. I got it on sale at a good discount when it was restocked and I see why, a previous buyer probably returned it because it doesn't work. I have a lot of Rhone in my closet so I'm surprised at how bad this item is, normally I am quite satisfied with this brand.

The material, etc. is what I've come to expect from Rhone. But the zipper is horrible. Try as I might, I can't unzip this vest. It came zipped and although the zipper moves up and down, it won't detach and allow me to wear the vest open. This item was out of stock, then came back into stock and I got it, perhaps the first person who bought it returned it due to the crap zipper. Disappointed.
