Not as comfortable as my last pair
I love my old Ryka walking shoes. These, not so much. The soles are thick and inflexible, making it very difficult to walk normally (bending at the toes and pushing off). They are more narrow than my other pair, but longer. Odd shape and not sure what shape foot they are trying to fit. I have to stuff padding in the top of the shoes so my feet don't move. Same size as my old pair - completely different fit. Don't like them and I'll be looking for new shoes at a different company. Why, why do companies always change something that was good to something inferior?

Want to love these so bad but some flaws
This is my second pair of Ryka’s, my first did not hold up well. And unfortunately these aren’t a winner either. I give 2 stars because they are soft and comfortable because of that, but they don’t have a good structure and start to stretch and create less of a hold throughout the day - like they loosen up too much and don’t hold their fit (if that makes any sense?). The style is cute, they look like a nice pair of shoes but they are too flimsy, especially for the price. I feel like the brand has potential but needs to improve on the quality.

My favorite shoes
The thing about Ryka shoes is that they fit a women’s foot (for the most part). I need a shoes with a wide toe box and a narrow heel. The narrow heal is a game changer for me. This shoe not only fits great…it’s cute also. I’m going to order another color.

Excellent Walking Sneaker
I own 20+ pairs of sneakers. Most of them provide little support and are uncomfortable after a few hours of wear. I purchased these sneakers in the medium blue shade and am very pleased with them. I didn't have foot pain after wearing them for more than 12 hours and walking for a considerable time on the treadmill. There's a decent amount of cushioning. They ran slightly bigger than this size in other brands, but I would stick to my true size. I hope they go on sale soon because I may purchase another color of the same sneaker.

So glad to have finally found comfort
I find these shoes very comfortable after having difficulty for years with comfort. I have had twelve spine surgeries and walking can be uncomfortable the cushion offered in the shoes is exceptional.
