Gloss
I really enjoy the JVN hair gloss. I was curious to try for a while and was thrilled to get a full size included as part of a recent hair care kit. The gloss comes in a lovely pink bottle that is also sturdy and lasts well in a bathroom. It can be included in the end of the routine and only needs to be left on for a minute before washing out so is a quick thing you can do but still has a lovely result. Hair looks soft and shiny and can be done weekly.

Didn't do much
To be fair, I only used a sample of this - my hair is short, so it lasted a couple of washes. The product has a very thin consistency and I may have left my hair too wet when I applied (after conditioner) so it got diluted. I left it on longer the second time but didn't get any more benefit than I do from my standard hair care routine. It may work better for curly or particularly dry hair. Mine is colour treated and dead straight.

New JVN fan
I hadn’t even heard of this brand before receiving samples. I’ve been really impressed with this repair bond gloss. You put it in after conditioner, leave for a bit and then rinse out. It’s quite runny so you have to be careful not to drop it everywhere but it’s left my hair super smooth, no frizz when I leave my hair to dry naturally. Will buy a full size for continued use.

Keratin/botox treatment effect
I used this oil after trying another brand of conditioner and shampoo, and the same brand of conditioner and shampoo, and the effect is always equally gorgeous, incredibly shiny, smooth hair. In shops with different lighting, the effect of well-groomed hair is as noticeable as after a salon visit, without exaggeration. It nourishes the hair, removing any dryness and making it silky smooth. The effect is like Botox for hair. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful discovery
I initially received a sample of this product and couldn’t believe how much it improved the finish of my hair after drying. I have dry coloured hair which is wavy too. The result was smooth silky and shiny hair. Consequently, at the next opportunity I bought this for myself and the assistant at Space NK Covent Garden gave me a sample of the JVN shampoo and Conditioner. This was excellent too.

Good but not a miracle-worker
I received a decent-sized sample and was looking forward to trying this to help repair my damaged hair. It's quite runny (almost like a serum in texture) and like others have said, too watery: when applying for the first time, some of it slid off my hair and straight down the plughole! However, I love the scent and that you only need to leave it on for 60 seconds. It made my hair noticeably smoother and less frizzy - not quite as glossy as JVN's but still an improvement :)

Third time lucky
I bought this a few months ago. First time I used it I didn’t like it but I did out a lot on. My hair was frizzy . Second time using less still not a lover. Third time I used 2 pumps only and put it on after my shampoo left for a couple of mins, rinsed it off then used conditioner. Hair is smooth and shiny.
