Never received the gift with purchase
I spends hundreds dollars on an order, in order to qualify to get the free gift with purchase (which had the item that I liked), but the gift was cancelled and I never received. It felt like a scam.

It doesn't match the picture.
I have been using Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair for a long time. When I saw the anniversary discount this time, I quickly made the purchase. However, I found that the product I received was different from the picture, and the box seemed to have been opened before, as if it had been used. There was no instruction manual either. So I had to return it. I want to place a new order, but I'm not sure if I will receive the same one again.

Perfecr, except the cap
A face washes that melts away my makeup (including stubborn eye makeup), doesn’t irritate my eyes, doesn’t make my skin breakout, and seems to leave my skin in better condition after every use. I didn’t think the combination was possible after years of trying various brands at various prices. Not every skin type can respond the same way to every product, but for anyone looking for an incredible new product, it is definitely worth a try. Except be mindful of your nails as you’re opening it. Wish the incredible minds behind this formula had helped create a better cap design. To say it is infuriating to open it once or twice daily is an understatement. I’m going to give it some time and hope someone at Estée Lauder fixes this quickly enough before the customers who actually love what the product offers walk away.

great product, small bottle- But, it Works!
The $20 bottle is like a sample size. However, this product works great. I see people writing reviews about redness, it’s possible they’re using other products such as retinol with this. You cannot. Use a simple face wash by like Ordinary brand (love them) then apply this at night. I had results in 2 weeks. I am a skincare connoisseur, and only use this along with PCA Skin care products and Ordinary Skin care products.
