Retro Denali Hooded Jacket

I offer this reflection with humility, aware that it is possible I am overreacting, and that with time this garment may prove itself more capable than my first impression allows. Even so, the sleeves feel unusually baggy, and the length..especially in the back..feels shorter than expected, offering less coverage than earlier generations once did. I truly wish I could give this a confident five stars. I have long loved and trusted this brand, and it is precisely because of that trust that I speak honestly rather than harshly. I do not wish to diminish the reputation of The North Face with a low rating, but to offer feedback in hope of refinement. I would also like to note, with gratitude, that the North Face customer service team has always been patient, respectful, and willing to help something increasingly rare, and worthy of recognition.
