Nice Enough
Received a deluxe sample of this. I’ve used a few different vitamin A/retinol products some of which have been too strong. This one has encapsulated vitamin A, which is quite low down on the inci list, so I thought it would be ok. It is a really nice product to use, it has a natural fragrance and is absorbs easily, leaving my skin feeling soft. After using it for a couple of weeks, every other day I had no reaction, but my skin does look clearer and feels softer. Nice product.

Received an empty bottle
I received a deluxe sample of this as part of a big purchase a while ago and since the weather has been worsening I decided it was time to try a mild retinoid. Well I opened the bottle and it was completely empty. The dropper seemed to have some residue of product but there was bit a drop in the bottle. I suspect the bottle has been switched by someone or it was never filled dir to machine functionality issues. Anyway I couldn’t try it and it’s not a big deal but now I feel pretty anxious about potential tampering with SpaceNK products, especially if they had been opened/used/replaced. This is the second time something has come used. A while back I ordered a hourglass palette which came with an eyelash with mascara inside the palette.

Nice
I really enjoy the Malin Goetz Retinol Correcting Serum! It smooths my skin and reduces fine lines. I can feel it protects against pollution, and it hydrates my sensitive skin without irritation.
The only downside is that it dried up a bit over time. Overall, it’s an effective, vegan, and cruelty-free option—just use it, don't let it dry

Too gentle for acne
I tried a sample version of this from a GWP and it wasn't for me. I use retinol primarily to keep my acne at bay and once I swapped to this I started seeing more breakouts on my skin. I've used something else since it ran out and my skin is back to looking clear. It was pretty gentle so maybe a good starter retinol for someone who already has clear skin. Definitely think its intended packaging will work better with the formula than the pipette I had- way too thick!

Fantastic retinol serum
Tried lots of retinols as I am a big fan and by far I have found this the most hydrating be ever used. Skin is left feeling firmer, brighter and smoother yet hydrated. Even after 2 weeks I had minimal flaking/dryness which I often do with any other retinol. Highly recommend for a drier skin as will keep you quenched.

Let down by packaging
I have a sample sized bottle of this serum and, like other reviewers have mentioned, the packaging does not work with the consistency of the serum. It is a very gloopy serum which is dispensed by a small glass pipette; however, because the serum is so thick, it's really hard to get the pipette to dispense the product. I don't know if the full size packaging is similar but I would definitely check to see before purchasing otherwise you might find yourself extremely frustrated.

Rich cream, hydrating and good for sensitive skin.
I received a sample of this. It is refreshing that it has absolutely no smell at all. I have sensitive skin, and don't need or want added scents. It is a thick white serum, like double cream, and the dropper was useless. I just used the dropper to scoop product out of the bottle. However, it spreads easily into a thin layer over the face. It takes some time to absorb (hence knocking a star off the rating) and remains 'tacky' for awhile on the skin. However, the result is UBER hydrating, and made my skin absolutely glow. Plus, a little goes a long way so good value.
