Replica Beach Walk Eau de Toilette Fragrance

I am an avid review reader and was terrified of this perfume after one person stated it smelled like play-doh. I believe this perfume is one that smells differently on each person. My mom tried it and hated it but loved it on me. If you think you might like this perfume based on its ingredients - try it!!!! It's the only way to know. Bonus - I called Nordstrom bc I wanted it before vacation and I wasn't guaranteed to get it bc it was too late to change the shipping - it arrived less than 48 hours later!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Nordstrom customer service.

Had Beach Walk at my door in a couple days of ordering, thank you Nordstrom! Have found it is wise to let it sit overnight then do your serious judgements on the scent, however I do spray once to let off travel upset, then sit her down for the overnight settling period. Beach Walk is not Bobbi Brown's sunscreen screamer thankfully... Replica Maison Margiela Paris is a softly blended non edgy, very sexy yummy, beach lent Eau de Toilette that surprises with her terrific longevity... Fragrance Description: Sun kissed Salty skin Style Don't see this being unisex yet it could be maybe, however on me it says female all the way. I have a couple "salty scents" Ellis Brooklyn Salt which leans Sandalwood & do love, however, Beach Walk is sexier, projects well, smolders a bit which I do enjoy. She will bloom in the heat of Summer that's for darn sure! It's 80 today in January Southern California and she just kept unfolding... This is going to be a favorite, will be purchasing the larger size soon. Also for comparisons I have J'Adore by Dior, which is a salty peach style perfume which is yummy yet quite strong. Fragrance is very personal so what I like, you may hate. Plus, things smell differently on each person. For me, this is a winner. Unlike Bobbi Brown Beach, this fragrance does not smell like suntan lotion. It is soft and reminds me of my favorite Florida and South Carolina beaches. Just wish Replica made lotions and bath gels, too. As a side note, I can't smell the fragrance on me after a short while but I get compliments all day.

As per description: Top: bergamot, pink pepper, primofiore lemon, neroli oil. - Middle: ylang-ylang, transluzone, heliotrope, coconut milk. - Base: musk, cedarwood, benzoin I like this summery musk scent… it’s definitely not the typical musk or perfume. After the alcohol settles you get the initial whiff of ylang-ylang mixed with the listed top notes above mostly lemon and neroli oil. Then, as it dries down you smell a hint of coconut milk. The lasting fragrance settles as lemony-tropical vanilla musk scent that really is treat for anyone who misses the sandy beaches of summer. I received a sample in a gift with purchase from Nordstrom’s.

You are either gonna love it or hate it. I personally think it's awesome and unique. I'm terrible at explaining scents so I'll skip it but it definitely has a lot of layers to it. The dry down is quite warm. Not a light and airy perfume but not heavy and overwhelming either. Overall I'm so impressed with it I want to try more of their perfumes now...

I got a sample of this with a cosmetics order. I was excited to try it on because I like summer beachy fragrances that usually include some mix of ylang, coconut and vanilla. I could not get this off of me fast enough. This is the second fragrance I couldn't stand that had the word "salty" in the description and the third I've hated that has heliotrope as one of the notes. Needless to save I gave the sample away. It has some beautiful notes that I could smell but something in it was cloying to me and made me sick.
