Love!
I am in love with this stuff. I use this and then a face wash after. The texture is so smooth and soft and it lathers up into the perfect cleanser. My skin looks clear and feels so cushiony after. It definitely gets in there and cleans out everything from your pores! I

Thick glue like texture
I love Ren products so I had high hopes for this one. This product had a very thick gelly "glue stick" like texture. In the directions you are to apply it on your dry face and rub it in... its very difficult to rub in since it doesn't quite dissolve and rinsing it doesn't make it better. I feel like I just rubbed butter all over my face and it would not wash out. I ended up having to use another make up remover to get rid of the waxy- oily texture. Not a fan.

Jelly cleanser
I have emptied and used this cleanser quite a few times now and love the texture as well as the scent. It smells like sweets so that’s always nice. The texture is a lovely light gel that is easy to massage into my skin to remove very light layers on makeup (I do not wear waterproof mascara) and emulsifies quite well with a bit of water before washing off clear.

Rubbish
This is rubbish! Sure it melts your makeup as a sort of oil cleanser but so does the oil sitting in your kitchen! The point is is that it should also be able to emulsify and come off easily with water. This just does not do that. When I rinse my face I still feel a layer of oil sitting on my skin and my mascara is not removed but remains, it comes of with using a second cleanser afterwards but that defeats the point really as a second cleanser would also just cleanse of cooking oil if I put that on my face!

This is OK but not great
I really wanted to live this product from Ren…. I think I would have wanted it to be a bit more thick in consistency- so that it really felt like it would ‘grab on to’ the make up and dirt on my face. It didn’t really do a great job of removing my mascara… and to be fair this is not a make up REMOVER…. BUT a jelly should be able to tackle it….. had to wash face twice and still left traces of make up. I think I can do better with another product.

Not my favourite
From looking at the reviews from other people it seems to be a real hit, i really didn't like this. The consistency was ok but the smell wasn't great at all, maybe i had one that had expired, but it was enjoyable to use and i used it quickly as i wanted to get rid of it. It did remove my make up, but there are much nicer ones that will do the job

Ok, but overpriced
Got this with a voucher as has good reviews and I like the sustainability ethos of REN. As others have noted, it doesn't fully wash off - for a cleanser that is supposed to emulsify to wash off without needing a muslin cloth or such, it is therefore not achieving its principal purpose. I had to cleanse with another cleanser AND use a cloth to remove residue. Will use but not repurchase. The scent is also weird - kind of like almonds.
