This did not work at all
Okay, "Remove The Evidence" sounded like a true good makeup remover but no, it removed only some of my eye makeup after three or four tries. The other part is that I had to use very little on the cotton pad because if there was excessive product on my cotton ball or on my cotton comedic pad (I tried both) it would leak into my eye and it burned. I tried a few different times and no more. This is a definite return.
