Relaxed Organic Linen Duvet Cover

I’m glad I finally decided to upgrade my bedding to natural fibers and chose the linen duvet. I felt like it was taking a gamble if the linen would feel too rough and be uncomfortable, but I’m happy to say I was wrong! The juniper color is gorgeous and just what I wanted, and the fabric truly does soften up quickly with use and after wash. I still can’t say the duvet cover will last for years to come, but for now I am obsessed with my coyuchi bedding and I look forward to cozying up in bed every night. Knocked off a star because the buttons fall off prettily easily, but you can either repair yourself (if you can find them haha, our building’s laundry machines ate ours) or choose the zipper option instead. We also have a dog with major zoomies at night, and I worried the fabric would tear easily, but so far there is no sign of wear or snagging.. hoping that holds up to be true over time!!

I purchased a linen duvet cover in 2018. I loved the color and feel of the linen. Recently the whole top of the duvet started getting holes everywhere. I contacted coyuchi and they essentially just told me about the recycle program they have. I was very disappointed that a product sold as an “heirloom” piece didn’t even last 10 years. I washed as instructed and always line dried. It wasn’t washed excessively either. I wish I could mend the item but the color is hard to match. Upset that my only option is to purchase a new one. Sad this happened after recommending Coyuchi products to everyone in my family. Hopefully they have better luck with their products.
