Regular Fit Royal Oxford Dress Shirt

The description should do more to tell buyers that the cloth is a weaved heavy cotton and not a smooth crisp cotton. These shirts would be like wearing sweaters...now I have to send them back. Nordstrom brand and DD smooth Egyptian cotton shirts apparently are gone for ever...so time to start looking elsewhere I guess. Sad...I love Nordstroms!

This is a very nice dress shirt. Not elegant, but with nice details. The "regular fit" is not a full box. Rather it resembles a fully-cut slim. It won't tolerate much belly, but you don't have to be model-thin to wear it comfortably. What is especially appealing to me is the sleeve length. Most often the 32-33" seems to me to be on the shorter side. This is toward the longer. In other words, I wasn't left feeling as though I'd outgrown, nor did I have the awkward feel of a sleeve bloused over the cuff. In other words, this shirt is just as it appears in the picture with a more traditional collar rather than one of those high tents or tapered way back. The fabric has texture.
